  • Alphanumeric registration required. Short Code, Numeric sender and generic Alpha sender are not supported
  • For Ethio Telecom MTN (ETMTN) Sender ID (name) must be related to the company/brand mentioned in the message content. Promotional traffic is not allowed, only clean OTP & OTT content is allowed

  • Local banking and promotional traffic are forbidden. Promotional messages are not allowed. Local banking traffic is not allowed. SPAM, fraud, etc. is forbidden. 

  • Gambling and adult content. Gambling is forbidden even for opted-in users.
