Introduction

The Purpose of the below article is to describe the requirements for whitelisting across all operators in Taiwan following the local regulatory requirements.

Whitelisting Process

To whitelist your content for all networks in Taiwan, it requires that you provide the following information: 

  • Sender ID (to do testing even though it will be overwritten)

  • Sample content

  • Workable link that will be on the content

  • Domain

To ensure that your content whitelisting goes smoothly and to reduce the turnaround, please, provide the information accurately. If there is a URL in the content, please provide the actual working URL. 

 

Information to provide together with documents for content whitelisting:

  1. Sender ID (to do testing even though it will be overwritten)

  2. Sample content

  3. Workable link that will be on the content

  4. Domain

KYC documents to provide upon brand name whitelisting:

  • For Taiwanese Entities/Locals:

    1. A copy of the client’s business registration or establishment certificate.

    2. A copy of the client’s representative’s identity document.

    3. A screenshot of the official website or a relevant brand page that is representative of the brand.

    4. Latest Utility or Telephone bill (dated within the last three months) to verify the company’s physical address.
    5. A Letter of Authorization (LOA).

 

  • For Foreign Entities (outside Taiwan):

    1. Company: A certified overseas certificate of incorporation.

    2. Responsible Person: A copy of the responsible person’s passport or residence permit

    3. A screenshot of the official website or a relevant brand page that is representative of the brand.

    4. Latest Utility or Telephone bill (dated within the last three months) to verify the company’s physical address.
    5. A Letter of Authorization (LOA).
